Free MiFID II RPA Survey Report

For apparently simple conceptual processes, the implementation of commission sharing agreements (CSA) or the new MiFID research payment account (RPA) are complex in practice. To help understand what the industry believe is required get your free copy of the new survey results on RPA's and how their introduction will impact existing CSA's and supporting processes. It contains some interesting findings with strong support across the industry for the continued use of CSA alongside/under the new RPA structures.

The challenge is now to move onto more detailed design and implementation of the new operating model, particularly as almost half the respondents believe they will have to change either process or systems or both to comply. We hope you find the full report of interest, and do let us know if you have any questions or wish to discuss any of the points raised.
